Using a Hop-On Hop-Off service means you have the flexibility to visit all of New York City on your own time with no restrictions or limitations. You can hop on and off your tour as many times as you wish. To visit an attraction nearby or explore a certain neighborhood, feel free to hop off. When you are ready to continue the tour, simply hop back on at any of our stops along the route. You are also welcome to stay on board for the entire tour route.

After purchasing a ticket, please redeem your voucher at our Guest Center or through our controllers located throughout NYC. You can call our Guest Center to know the locations of our controllers. After you redeem your voucher for a Bus Pass, simply scan the Pass as you board.
